Teen Self-Care Fair

Teen Self-Care Fair In-Person

The Teen Self-Care Fair is a new resource fair highlighting free and low cost services and activities for teens in our area that support their physical and mental well being. Traditional mental health services like therapy will be highlighted as well as activities that connect teens with their communities and provide positive experiences such as art and music.

Join us for a variety of free, fun activities including a bounce house, art and board games! Or attend one of a selection of free self-care classes such as yoga or meditation!

Teens ages 12-18 will have the opportunity to earn free food from onsite food vendor simply by visiting resource tables or participating in classes.
