Glenn Whitaker will give a lecture on the history of the U.S. Supreme Court and how politics have influenced its decisions, including a look at the current Court and the decisions which have made many members of the public believe that the Court is more political than ever.


Glenn Whitaker is a retired lawyer with 44 years of experience including many constitutional issues. He served as a Special Litigation Counsel for the Division of the U. S. Department of Justice in Washington D.C. and was a partner at the Cincinnati law firm of Graydon Head and Ritchey where he was the head of the litigation department.

During his practice, he was named in The Best Lawyers in America in three categories: Criminal Defense, Business Litigation and Personal Injury, and included in Ohio Lawyer as one of Ohio’s “Winningest” litigators.
