The Wild Horses of Western Colorado In-Person

Join the Mesa County Historical Society in a presentation about the wild horses of Western Colorado. Learn about the mustang's history, legacy, and future; both in the wild and after being domesticated.

This event takes place at 12 p.m., Thursday, April 21 in the Central Library Community Room. Seating is limited, and registration is required. Please register below.


About the presenter:

George Brauneis is a Colorado native, graduating from Delta High School in 1984. Brauneis would later study at the University of Northern Colorado and graduate in 1991. Brauneis is a life-long student of the horse with a passion for the mustangs of Colorado.
