There have been several important changes in the past year to the law concerning: evictions, a landlord’s obligation to maintain a residence, late fees, rent increases and unlawful evictions. This presentation aims to educate tenants on what their rights are under the new laws as well as include an overview on the eviction process in Colorado. Please be aware that we will not be able to provide case specific answers or case specific legal advice to individuals.

About the Presenter:

Andrea Rosenberry has worked at Colorado Legal Services as a Staff Attorney since July 2014. She is a Colorado native, from Fort Collins, Colorado. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Literature and Italian in 2010. She received her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Loyola University New Orleans in 2013. She practices in the areas of Family Law, Bankruptcy, Consumer Law, Landlord Tenant Law, and Elder Law. In her free time, she enjoys, reading, hiking with friends, hanging out with her two cats, and cooking delicious vegan food.
