Infant and Toddler Story Time - Central Library

Infant and Toddler Story Time - Central Library In-Person

Story Time makes learning fun! Featuring stories, songs, rhymes, and other activities, Story Time emphasizes five simple practices - reading, talking, writing, singing, and playing - that help children learn the skills they need to be ready to read. Story Time is a great way to introduce your child to language skills in a positive and fun environment. Children and their grownups are encouraged to engage with books and songs and to actively participate in the program. Story times last around 30 minutes unless otherwise noted.

Infant and Toddler Story Time is a story time experience for our youngest library users and their caregivers. These 20-to-30-minute story times introduce books, songs, rhymes, and other activities that are developmentally appropriate for children from birth up to 36 months of age.
