Practices that you can use throughout your day to calm your nerves and stress level. This short class is designed for all ages and body types. All you need is a little space, comfortable clothes, and a chair. Jamie Elmer has been teaching yoga and movement therapy full time for nearly 20 years. She specializes in alignment, applied anatomy, and healing injuries.
