VIRTUAL Adult Programming - Tips for Dealing with COVID-19

Hali Nurnberg, a local therapist with a master's degree in International Disaster Psychology, shares tips on self-care and dealing with the stress of the COVID-19 Crisis. Hali is a local therapist specializing in helping people cope with and heal from trauma. 

During the COVID-19 Coronavirus statewide stay-at-home order, Mesa County Libraries Staff will be providing digital adult programming via our social media channels at 6 p.m. Wednesday evenings. Check out our YouTube Channel, Facebook Page, and Instagram TV for live videos, pre-recorded content, and activities for you to view and follow along with at home!
