This tool provides families with hands-on education as they shop for food, giving them the skills to compare foods for cost and nutrition. Participants learn how to plan and budget for healthy, affordable, and delicious meals for their families.

About the Presenter:

Kristy Skidmore is a coordinator with Cooking Matters. Her background is in culinary arts, and she has been an instructor at Western Colorado Community College. She is passionate about her family, cooking, and nutrition.
