From Model T to 4G: Managing a Multi-generational Workforce (staff and volunteers) In-Person

Wondering why everyone looks at issues so differently? Try applying a generational lens to how people look at paid and volunteer work. After defining some general characteristics of the four generations currently in the workforce, this workshop will identify techniques to reach and communicate effectively across generations. These ideas will apply to internal (direct report, peer-to-peer) and external (client, customer, vendor, community partner) working relationships.
For over 20 years, Carlene Goldthwaite, President of CRG.llc, has worked as an HR professional in the hospitality/lodging industry and in the health plan arena providing management consulting, individual and team coaching, and training in interpersonal skills/communication and customer service.
