Renter's Rights - Central Library In-Person

Colorado Legal Services will discuss tenant’s rights in residential property leases and mobile home parks, including repairs to rental property, return of the tenant’s security deposit, late fees, and the Warranty of Habitability statute. We will also discuss the eviction process in detail and the tenant’s rights throughout the process.
