Infant and Toddler Storytime - Central Library

Infant and Toddler Storytime - Central Library In-Person

A storytime experience for our youngest library users and their caregivers!

These 20-to-30-minute storytimes introduce books, songs, rhymes, and other activities that are developmentally appropriate for children from birth up to 36 months of age.

Storytime makes learning fun! Featuring stories, songs, rhymes, and other activities, storytime emphasizes five simple practices - reading, talking, writing, singing, and playing - that help children learn the skills they need to be ready to read. storytime is a great way to introduce your child to language skills in a positive and fun environment. Children and their grownups are encouraged to engage with books and songs and to actively participate in the program. storytimes last around 30 minutes unless otherwise noted.
