Henna Classes: Flowers, Leaves and Vines

Henna Classes: Flowers, Leaves and Vines In-Person

Teens 12-18 are invited to attend a free class presented by professional henna artist Leah Reddell of Denver Henna. This class will cover henna basics (some science, safety, and history) and explore design building with flowers, leaves, and vines. We'll dive into gorgeous Arab and Indian flower styles while drawing such flowers as roses, sunflowers, and lotuses together.

Henna is an ancient form of temporary body art where artists create complex, detailed patterns on skin with a paste made from the henna plant. Henna designs on skin can last 1-2 weeks and fade over time.
