2024 Teen Self-Care Fair In-Person

Mesa County Libraries’ Teen Self-Care Fair is a one-day event that will provide opportunities for teens to explore activities and discover resources to help them navigate the stress and challenges of adolescence. The Teen Self-Care Fair will provide participants with a fun, safe, and inclusive environment, introduce teens to community resources, provide teen participants an opportunity to express themselves creatively, develop healthy coping skills and connect with peers who have similar interests.

Activities for the day include:

  • Tai Chi
  • Photography
  • Therapy dogs
  • Outdoor games
  • A collaborative art project
  • Meditative artwork
  • Free treats for teens
  • 60-foot inflatable obstacle course
  • And more!
