Essential Oils 101 w/ Lynda Carpenter - Clifton Branch

Essential Oils seem to be all the rage, but what are they? This class will cover the basics of what essential oils actually are and how they differ from infused oils. How can essential oils be used safely? What can they be used for? What about use in pregnancy, childbirth, infants and nursing mothers . . . the elderly or those with sensitive skin? Can Essential Oils be harmful? Can/should they be taken internally?
