July 24: What makes a robot move? (Work in teams)

  • Once we have electricity, we have to turn it into motion. We do that by using an electric motor. A motor turns electricity from another source (such as a battery) into motion. This is usually rotating motion, like a top. Motors can be used to move many things, even trains!
  • Create a simple motor.
