STEM Lab: roboZone In-Person

Join Amanda from AmeriCorps and Sam from the library for a special STEM themed series. Every Monday for six weeks, we will explore robots, robotics, and other concepts in theory and practice.

Recommended for ages 8+. Registration is required for each event.

July 10: How does a robot move? (Work in teams)

  • Motion on a larger scale of the arm. How many ways can we move our arms? Compare this motion to that in machines such as backhoes and cranes.
  • Using common supplies, teams will work together to building a crane arm.
