Tenant's Rights in Colorado In-Person

Andrea Rosenberry will present a brief overview of tenant's rights under Colorado Landlord Tenant law, give an explanation of the eviction process, and give advice and suggestions for negotiating with your landlord both before and after you have entered a lease agreement. She will not be able to give case specific  legal advice but can answer general questions. The class is geared towards tenants, not landlords.

Andrea Rosenberry is a licensed attorney in both Colorado and Louisiana; licensed to practice law in the the state of Colorado since May 2014. She has a Bachelor's of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a double major in Literature and Italian. Andrea attended law school at Loyola University in New Orleans from 2010-2013, earning a Juris Doctorate in Civil Law with honors, and graduated in the top 25% of her class. She has been an attorney with Colorado Legal Services in the Grand Junction office since July 2014. Andrea's areas of practice are family law, consumer law, and landlord tenant law.
