CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER-Exploring France - Armchair Travelers In-Person

The coast of Brittany has glorious views of waves crashing on rocks and turquoise seas. Paris, the City of Lights, has many splendid spots including its famous cultural attractions and diverse gardens, but it also has many hidden gems. Come along on a journey to explore these and other places in France with Janice Shepherd as she shares photos and stories from the country that gave us our Statue of Liberty.

Janice Shepherd made her first trip to France in 1976. She has been back at least five times including six weeks this year. Each time she finds more things to enjoy about France: the food, and the wine are obvious, of course, but also enjoyable are the people, the culture and he many varied landscapes.

This event is co-sponsored by the Newcomers Club.
